New development proposal (six Lots)
Good morning,
I wanted to provide you with an update on 6194 S Franklin St since the community meeting with Creekside Homes on May 18th. Creekside Homes has decided to not move forward with their project. The City did, however, recently receive a pre-submittal application from a different developer who is proposing six lots. You may receive a copy of their application by filling out a public records request athttp://www.centennialco.gov/ City-Clerk/public-records- request-form.aspx
If they decide to move forward with a formal application, they will be required to hold a community meeting just as Creekside Homes was required to. Once a date is set, I will email a notice to everyone on the distribution list at least 2 weeks in advance. (If you are receiving this email, you are on the list). Please let me know if there is another method you would also suggest I use to inform the neighborhood. Based on the feedback I received, the meeting will not be held on a Friday evening. I will also look into a larger space that can accommodate everyone.
If you have any questions in the meantime, please feel free to reach out to me via phone or email.
Thank you,
Kelly Hickler, IAP2 | Planner II
