REZONE of property at 6194 S. Franklin St. (by Amy Price)

Candace Moon, Kathy Turley and Kelly Hickler,

Just a short but IMPORTANT message to inform you that I am AGAINST the
REZONE for the property at 6194 S. Franklin St.

The reason we bought our house is because of this awesome secluded
neighborhood known as Cromwell Heights/ Franklin Meadows.

Reasons for OBJECTION
About 10+ years ago, the property west of 6194 S. Franklin St. was
sold and went from a single house property to multiple houses. To
this day, I STILL notice all the extra traffic from the additional
houses.

I do NOT want to see increased automobile traffic. S. Franklin St.
has a unique quality in that a BUNCH of foot/bicycle traffic occupies
this country road and adding even more automobile traffic would NOT be
an ideal situation!

The intersection of S. Franklin St. and Orchard Rd. just can't handle
all the extra traffic that this proposed REZONE change would bring!

I feel the proposed 'RA' zoning would greatly reduce home/property
prices in this area.


Unfortunately, I could not attend the meeting that was held this past
Friday 05/18/18 at Southglenn Library; but did sign a paper of
Protest that was presented by Dick and Betty Riddell. There are also
several neighbors who have presented detailed information in protest
of this proposed change and I support those letters and appreciate
their information!


One last thing- I'm quite disappointed to see that the neighborhood of
Cromwell Heights looks as if it was NOT not scheduled to receive
notice of this community meeting. Thanks to Dick and Betty Riddell, I
am able to voice my opinion about this REZONE.

I Strongly OBJECT to this Proposal. We have lived in this neighborhood
for 16 years and LOVE this 'Little Piece of Heaven'!
