Please be advised that a community meeting is being held prior to the formal submittal for a
Rezoning and Site Plan application for a property located at 6194 S Franklin St, Centennial, CO
80121 (see page 2). The Applicant, Creekside Homes LLC, proposes a Site Plan for nine single family residences. Prior to Site Plan approval, the Applicant proposes to rezone the existing
property from Neighborhood Conservation 2 Acres (NC2A) to Auto-Urban Residential (RA).
Community meetings are required by the City’s Land Development Code (LDC) prior to submittal of certain development applications. The purpose of the community meeting is to inform the affected property owners and neighborhoods about the proposed development application and seek comments about its potential impacts on the area which could reasonably be mitigated.
These meetings are intended to be forums in which the applicant and property owners work
together in good faith. However, they are not required to generate complete consensus on all
aspects of the applications, nor to supplant or add to the standards of the LDC.
Notice of the meeting is being sent to all adjacent property owners, and to all HOA’s and Civic
Associations registered with the City that are located within ½ mile of the proposed
development.

*Meeting will be held in Meeting Room A on the second floor.
The Applicant and City staff will be available to answer questions and provide more information
